Products and prices: The name, price, specifications, and options stated on the product page at the time constitute the offer. The listed price does not include the automatic offers described in these terms. After the buyer submits an order, the buyer is taken to a Shopify invoice page. The order is formed when that invoice is paid. Availability is as shown on the page and on the invoice page at that time.

Shipping: The buyer enters the delivery address on the Shopify invoice page. The free-shipping rule stated on the product pages applies to the order and follows the store’s current automatic free-shipping offer. That rule may include a minimum quantity, a minimum amount, the countries or regions covered, and whether shipping above a stated amount is excluded from free shipping. If the order does not meet the conditions, the shipping charge is stated before payment. Whether free shipping may be combined with other discounts follows the combination note shown on the product pages at that time.

Discounts: Automatic offers shown on the series pages and product pages are calculated on the Shopify invoice page under the rules then in effect. A series quantity or amount discount applies only to the series named on the page. An order amount discount applies to the whole order. It may be a percentage or a fixed amount, and it follows the store’s current automatic order discount. The minimum quantity, minimum amount, percentage or fixed amount, and whether the discount may be combined with other product, order, or shipping discounts are those shown on the page at that time. If an end time is set, the page states the start time and the end time.

Returns: A buyer who wishes to return or exchange goods shall send the order number to sales10@dgendr.com. The seller will reply with the handling of that order according to its circumstances.
